Zeppelin Cooking School and Restaurant offers cooking classes under the guidance of the knowledgeable Chef Lorenzo.
In 2000, Lorenzo was the chef in charge of the Orvieto-Aiken, SC twin cities program, and in 2001, was the head chef at the "Italian Food Festival" at the United Nations headquarters. Lorenzo has worked with culinary programs all throughout the United States and has been hosting internship students at Zeppelin since 2005, from the Culinary Institute of America, Johnson and Wales, Art Institutes of America, Cordon Bleu, Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, Newbury College, Arizona Culinary Institute, Universid de Estes, and more.
Kim Brookmire is a chef instructor who switched careers from technology to culinary arts over 20 years ago, and has worked and taught in restaurants, bakeries, and culinary schools in Boston, MA area. Born in Jamestown, New York, little did she know that she will be traveling back and forth to Italy. She together with Lorenzo operate the Zeppelin Restaurant and Cooking School in Orvieto, Italy.
Graziella is a professional sommelier who will be taking wine seminars for you.
