This course consists of four sessions, each session will held from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. AEST.

Course information

In this course, you will learn a combination of cuisines, all dishes will be sourced from Yera Health's digital health cookbooks that are already included in the price. The dishes that you will cook will be chosen from the following lists:

Menu 1

  • Breakfast - soaked special Yera recipe Bircher muesli, cooked breakfast on a few days
  • Breakfast smoothies
  • Muesli muffins and green smoothies.
  • Mains - polenta tuna bake 

Menu 2

  • Carrot soup and homemade dips
  • Salmon balls with salsa
  • Mexican lentil pies 
  • Veg soup with cumin spinach chili - lentil dip on corn crackers

  • lentil Dahl cucumber rice
  • Vegetable soup - cauliflower broccoli corn

  • Rice bake with tuna

This cooking course is conducted online. Yera Health is based in Victoria, Australia, and they will live-stream the classes via Facebook Messenger based on AEST (GMT +10). You can participate from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.
