Wonderland Healing Center invites you to enjoy an all vegan retreat with a wide variety of yoga and meditation classes suitable for all levels of practitioners. The program is designed to support a holistic experience and promote a deeper connection with your body and mind. We believe in veganism as an all-encompassing approach to lifestyle, from the food we consume and the amount of waste we create, to our connection to our surroundings, and a symbiotic relationship with the planet we live on. Wonderland exemplifies this lifestyle in a holistic way, from our all-vegan buffet to the way we built and continue to live in the space. As a plant-based vegan diet can offer all the goodness you need for a healthy and balanced life, this unique retreat provides three daily all-vegan buffet meals that are constantly changing and providing our guests with a truly global palate. Alongside daily classes, we offer an ever changing variety of harmonizing workshops and events, and guests can also relax and renew with a Thai massage or choose an in-room treatment from the extensive, holistic healing treatment menu. Luxurious facilities also include an outdoor pool and an herbal steam sauna.
The deluxe one-bedroom villa has a superior king size or twin beds, ensuite bathroom, kitchen with fridge, coffee / tea making facilities, and a microwave. The villa boasts a large balcony to the front and rear with an outside dining area and faces the resort’s beautiful, landscaped gardens.

It is no secret that the ancient practices of yoga, meditation, detoxing, and fasting, underpinned by a balanced, plant-based diet are the foundations for remarkable health and vitality. The retreat is all-vegan with three daily meals served buffet style. Each day in our beloved restaurant is like a trip around the world to new countries, with different cuisine styles offered every day of the week. Because we believe that a love of food and a vegan belief system can easily co-exist, you will find yourself tasting some of your favorite and all-time classic meals from the Thai cuisine, Israeli, Indian, Italian, French, Moroccan, Argentinian and more – adapted to a vegan menu.
The food in Wonderland is so good, that it’s a highlight for both guests who have been living vegan for some time, as well as those who never considered making the switch. Everyone can find their favorite dish at every meal and will keep coming back for more. The journey you share with others in a yoga retreat bonds you like nothing else. Classes are taught by the most experienced international teachers on the island that will assist you in establishing a daily routine of health and wellness or to deepen your existing yoga practice. Those seeking emotional balance and inner harmony, or wanting to develop a lasting meditation or mindfulness practice, will also benefit from twice-daily meditation classes that start at a beginner level and progresses to exploring some of the key Buddhist principles and teachings of self-compassion, impermanence, open-heartedness, and much more.
As a relaxing complement to your daily schedule, you can bask in the Thai herbal steam sauna or swim gentle laps in the swimming pool. For those wanting a little more activity, there are several stunning waterfall hikes nearby, not to mention pristine, white-sand beaches offering water sports or diving, and the majestic Khao Raa Mountain can be hiked from Wonderland’s backyard.
Originally from London, Ali Hazel has been studying mindfulness, metta, and Buddhist meditation since 2009, spending the last three years living and volunteering in intentional mindfulness communities throughout South East Asia. Ali's philosophy comes from a place of beginners mind, where one can explore for oneself the truth of who we really are. In teaching meditation and yoga, Ali joyously chose to follow the heart-summons of Rumi who wrote, 'Let the beauty of what you love be what you do.'
Teacher, Guide, Therapist Naama has been a yoga practitioner since 2001, teaching since 2005. She is the direct student of Dharma Mitra, Sean Koren, and Richard Freeman. She intensively practices over the years in Iyengar yoga, Alignment yoga, Ashtanga-Vinyasa, Feminine yoga, and Therapeutic yoga. She established, ran, and taught in a yoga studio for over 10 years, running workshops around the world, and guided many yoga festivals and conventions. She graduated Reedman College five years course in touch therapy. She is a senior therapist in deep tissues and Thai yoga therapy.
Connie has over a decade of experience and training in various styles of Hatha yoga including and inspired by Dharma, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Bikram, Forrest, Katonah, AcroYoga, and more. The more physical aspects of the practice are complemented with extensive training in Thai yoga massage, which are brought into the class through adjustments and yang-yin style sequencing. The physical practices are supplemented with the intelligence and technology of the chakra energy system and include self-study, meditation, breath work, visualization, and connecting with layers beyond the physical body.
Ewa Ji views yoga as a life journey practice of art, philosophy, and Science. Personally, she follows the dictum that to be a teacher one must be first the student (practice since 2000) and knows the greatest lessons as a guide can come from experience with a variety of situations and students. She worked with a wide range of professionals as dancers, athletes, climbers as well as take part in academic yoga research projects. With a strong background in Sport Science, Massage, Reiki, Intuitive and Transformational Healing Techniques, Ewa makes sure that all aspects of your being are connected.
Wonderland Healing Center is located in an area with easy access to the island’s most popular tourist attractions: many pristine, beautiful beaches, Pheang Waterfall, Slip’n’Fly Waterpark, the Chinese Temple, Paradise Waterfall, Khoa Ra Mountain, as well as options to great day trips offered by the guest services desk.
