Itinerary

Day 1 - Friday, October 27, 2017

Welcome to the wine country! As a group, you will take part in a fun icebreaker event followed by a vision board session like no other. Then, get cozy and comfortable in your room and be ready for the morning.

Day 2 - Saturday, October 28, 2017

Prepare for a full day of wellness empowerment. You will start bright and early with a labyrinth meditation walk led by Marcia Leftwich. After that, you will take part in four sessions of nutritional talks for the rest of the day.

Session 1 - Digestion and smoothies: When you approach and pass the age of 40, your digestive enzymes begin to decrease, causing digestion to become more laborious. This session will cover the what, how, and why of the green smoothie craze.

Session 2 - The mind body connection: Have you been hearing a lot about inflammation? Have you noticed the rise in autoimmune diseases? This class will explore the connection between what you think and the affect it has on your body, both negative and positive. Yes, you do have the power to create or avoid disease, probably much more than you realize.

Session 3 - A more plant-based life: You will explore the benefits of a plant based diet and how to get started, or enhance your plant cooking skills. Lunch will be served. You'll leave this session with some goodies to take home too!

Take a break and enjoy yourself! There will be enough time for a spa visit or whatever you like.

Session 4 - The Spice of Life: Kami will bless you with an amazing Indian cooking session while Renee shares the many benefits of herbs and spices to enhance flavors and health. Dinner will be served.

Day 3 - Sunday, October 29, 2017

The morning will be open for you to sleep in, visit the spa, or explore Calistoga. This time is also set aside for a hot air balloon ride for those who wish to partake. Simply divine.

You will venture out for an amazing wine education session. Learn to taste wine properly, how to pair with foods to enhance flavors, and discover the health benefits of wine as well. When in wine country, right?

The afternoon is open for you to enjoy the spa, the hot mineral pools, enjoy the little shops of Calistoga, visit the meditation pond, or relax on your own veranda. Your choice.

Nothing could be finer than a Well Diva dinner, except a Well Diva dinner in Wine Country. Enjoy an elegant soiree with the divas. As always, this is the "fly" part of the weekend, your opportunity to get all glammed up with someplace to go.

Day 4 - Monday, October 30, 2017

You will take some time to take a few pictures, share a few last laughs, and say goodbyes. No hurry as check out isn't until noon.

    Marcia is an anti-domestic violence advocate and women's empowerment specialist. A trained Pitaiyo instructor, her mission is to empower women to overcome obstacles through mediation and physical movement.

  • Kamlesh (Kami) Kaur

    Kami is a public health professional and gifted culinary artist and caterer. There is no more authentic food than that which is prepared in the home. Kami will take you on a cultural culinary journey to the other side of the world and teach you the secrets of a traditional North Indian home cooked meal.

  • Gina Dacus

    Gina is a certified visionary coach on board. Gina assists with birthing the vision you didn't even know was within. Gina has a unique way of leading you to a clear vision, innovative strategy, and serving as a vision midwife to guide you through every step of birthing your vision.

  • Tiffany James

    Tiffany is the founder of Encouraging Touch Ministries. A life coach, ordained minister, spoken word artist, and story teller, Tiffany specializes in retreats with a focus of helping women find their individual voice. Her spoken word pieces, short stories, testimonies, and intimate retreats speak to the core of your soul.

This retreat will take place in Calistoga, Napa Valley, California. According to its official website, more than 400 wineries dot the fertile soils of Napa Valley, one of the world’s premier viticultural regions.

Calistoga is known for its hot mineral spring pools, therapeutic mud baths, spas, and wine. This intimate tour of Napa Valley will be incredibly special, as you will be in the presence of an amazing group of ladies.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Sacramento International Airport (SMF), Oakland International Airport (OAK), or San Francisco International Airport (SFO). A rental car is recommended. The three airports are about an hour and a half to two hours from Calistoga by car.

  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 70 days before arrival.
