Complimentary shuttle buses run from the Central and Kowloon stations to various hotels.
The Airport Express station is conveniently located on the arrival floor of the airport. It is an extremely fast and efficient way to reach central (Hong Kong station) or the Kowloon area (Kowloon Station). Trains operate daily from 6 am to 12:30 am at 12 minute intervals, with the journey taking about 25 minutes from the airport to central. Fares for one-way journeys are as follow: airport to Hong Kong Station: adult HKD 100, child HKD 50; airport to Kowloon station: adult HKD 90, child HKD 45.
Taxis are safe and comfortable in Hong Kong, and are readily available at the airport. Depending on traffic conditions, the journey from the airport to Tsimshatsui or Central should take approximately 30 to 45 minutes. The fare from the airport to Tsimshatsui and Central will cost about HKD 350 and HKD 450 respectively, including bridge or tunnel tolls. Hong Kong streets have many restricted areas where stopping for passengers to alight is not permitted, and so you may find that a taxi maybe unable to stop at your exact address.
