    "The trip was very well organized, and all aspects of the itinerary fell into place. The drivers who looked after getting us around were very friendly and knowledgeable, and their English was very good. Our accommodations on the Antinori property were very nice, quiet, and clean. The chefs conducting the actual cooking classes were superb. They did not take themselves too seriously, were more than willing to joke around, and had great patience with those of us who were not particularly gifted in cooking. In general, the cooking package was very thorough."
