The Antinori wine estate is located a short distance from the Tuscan town of Badia a Passignano. Spread over 300 hectares, the estate is located on a hilltop and is surrounded by vineyards. The estate date back to the 1400s, and today the accommodations features renovated rooms and suites, as well as modern amenities such as a spa, swimming pool, tennis court, and restaurant.

Day 1, Sunday - Arrival

Your exciting cooking vacation starts today. You will join a group arrival transfer from Florence. Then, take part in a welcome dinner at the resort's restaurant.

Day 2, Monday - Cooking session

Today, you are free to have the morning on your own. Later, in the afternoon, gather with others to meet the chef and learn about the basics of Tuscan cooking. After the cooking session, enjoy a barbeque dinner, paired with wine.

Day 3, Tuesday - Pizza class and wine tasting

Be prepared for a full-day excursion to Greve (and Falorni's butcher shop) today. Apart from the butcher shop, you will visit the medieval village of Montefioralle, Castellina in Chianti for a wine tasting, and join a pizza class at Le Scuderie.

Day 4, Wednesday - Tour to Antinori winery

Today, you will head to the famous Antinori wine estate headquarters and visit a brand new cellar that looks "invisible," for a guided visit. The tour is followed by another cooking class and dinner.

Day 5, Thursday - Siena and San Gimignano

Enjoy a full-day excursion to Siena and San Gimignano. Later today, have dinner at the resort's restaurant.

Day 6, Friday - Cooking class

Today, you will have the morning for yourself. Today’s cooking class will start in the afternoon and you will learn how to make bread and pasta. Next, you will visit wine cellars in Badia a Passignano, followed by dinner at a nearby Michelin-starred restaurant.

Day 7, Saturday - Departure

Your holiday ends today. There will be a group transfer at around 10:00 back to Florence.
