This vegan course will teach you loads of new plant-based recipes! You will acquire excellent cooking skills and techniques. The Avenue Cookery School will teach you a broad range of vegan recipes, as well as how to avoid waste and cook with leftovers, and how to present your food and maintain a clean, hygienic kitchen.

You will be provided with five nights accommodation at an amazing family-run bed and breakfast that The Avenue Cookery School have worked closely with for years. Rooms can either be private or shared (this can be more than one other person). Shared rooms will be separate for male and female.

Program

Interested or involved in the vegan lifestyle? This fantastic course will teach you an array of scrumptious plant-based recipes that you'll become hooked on!

Each day will kick off with a lively demonstration, preparing you for the culinary adventure ahead. You will be preparing a 2-course lunch in the morning, and then in the afternoon you will prepare more delicious vegan dishes. Chef Richard will be there guiding you every step of the way.

On Thursday evening, The Avenue Cookery School runs a very special dinner party (Avenue-style!). Students will have the chance to invite friends and family to the dining table in the fully equipped kitchen and put their newly acquired skills into action. The Avenue Cookery School can guarantee that you will leave the Avenue with loads of new skills under your belt as well as some very good friends.

Food

Alongside the 2-course lunch that you will have cooked during the course, you will be provided with breakfast from Monday to Friday and dinner from Monday to Thursday. The dinner will be food that you will have cooked that day. Since you are staying from Sunday night, you will need to eat before you arrive.
