Hands-on traditional family Italian, Mediterranean, and vegetarian kitchen with art excursions, wine tasting, and fun. On the 4 hands-on cooking classes, following seasonal products and the fruits of our organic garden well cook several tradional family recipes coming from different Italian regions, to experience the large variety of flavors and ingredients that make Italian cuisine so wide and unique. We could not miss learning about wine. Sergio Falzari, the owner and vinegrower of the biodynamic farm il Giardino, will guide you to visit his vineyards, the cellars, tasting the wines and learning about the secrets of wine appreciation.

For those who like to experience Tuscany, the hidden treasures of its art and culture and its great traditional family food, we have designed a holiday package that combines full board accommodation with daily excursions. Art cities, medieval walled towns, open markets, art workshops, organic food and wine producers, archaeological hiking and walks along the ancient paths.
