You will visit Diocletian’s Palace in Split, City Hall, Temple of Jupiter, the cathedral and the Bell Tower, the basement, Trogir cathedral, Salona, Brač quarry and its unique stonemasonry school, and Roman road in Dugopolje.


You will enjoy Ivan Meštrović Gallery Split, Emanuel Vidović Gallery Split, archaeological museum, ethnographic museum, Sinj Alka museum, and Dalmatian klapa - band singing a cappella as well as Dalmatian folklore dances.


You will visit Blue and Red Lake Imotski, enjoy bike touring, and visit the wine cellars on Brač and Golden Cape (Zlatni rat).


You will enjoy Dalmatian pašticada - a stewed beef dish, Dalmatian pršut - smoked ham, sheep and goat cheese, high quality grilled fish with authentic olive oil, eel and frog brodet - a stew dish, gregada - a broth dish, octopus under the lid, black cuttlefish risotto, sea spider salad, lobster or shrimps with capers and olive oil, almond cake, Hrapoćuša cake, rožata, Croatian wine, and rakija.


You will enjoy one of the best autochthonous Dalmatian wines (Crljenak, Pošip, Bogdanuša, Parč, Plavac Mali, Trnjak, Vranac), shop for fresh fruit and vegetables, hear the klapa songs echoing through the streets, feel the traditional way of living in the hinterland, learn how to prepare traditional Dalmatian dishes in a culinary workshop of preparing food under the lid and steamed dishes (soparnik), and zip line in Cetina canyon.


Day 1: Arrival

Arriving in Split, you will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel. After a short break, you will go sightseeing in Split accompanied by the local guide. You will see Diocletian’s Palace, the preserved UNESCO late antique palace, and visit the Ivan Meštrović Gallery. Afterward, you will go back to the hotel where you will be served dinner and spend the night.

Day 2: Brač island

After the early breakfast, you will travel from Split to Supetar by the ferry. The footpath Dolce Vita will take you on an amazing journey through the astonishing nature of Brač island where you will get to know its gastronomic beauty, culture, and traditional way of living. There are five restaurants, taverns and agro-households, two art galleries, and a family wine cellar. The footpath is six-kilometer long, taking you to Donji Humac and Dračevica, yet undiscovered architectural jewels of Brač. Each of these stops represents the autochthonous, 100% local and authentic gourmet heritage - olive oil, cheese, grappa and liqueurs, lamb, wines, and sweet delicacies. Take the memory back home with you and always cherish this experience with stone souvenirs. At the end of the day, you will return back to Split.

Day 3: Krka National Park

After having breakfast at the hotel, you will travel to Skradin where you will relax at your own pace exploring the stunning Krka National Park and strolling among amazing waterfalls. Next stop is Drniš with the ancient city center where you will visit Saint Anthony of Padua and Saint Roko churches, as well as the localities where there was the mosque with a dome on top of the pillars. By then, you will surely get a bit hungry so you will visit the local smoked ham producer for a degustation. You will discover the secrets of making this delicious treasure. The rest of the evening will be spent at the hotel.

Day 4: Zadvarje fair

Today’s journey starts by leaving Split at 09:00. The first stop is Gata where you will go sightseeing at the St. Cyprian church from the 18th century. You will enjoy the beautiful view over Omiš from the Gata lookout. You will return to Zadvarje around 10:00. After exploring the fair, you will head to the host’s estate where you will take part in making your own lunch - a traditional Dalmatian dish under the lid. Later on, you will taste authentic smoked ham and cheese, as well as homemade rakija and visit the historical locality until the lunch is ready. You will leave Zadvarje around 15:00 and head to Split.

Day 5: Trogir and Šibenik

You will start the day with breakfast at the hotel. The forenoon is meant for sightseeing the UNESCO preserved historical core of Trogir with your local tour leader. Afterward, you will continue your journey towards Šibenik where you will have time to explore the city, from the widely-known UNESCO St. Jacob Cathedral to the Barone Fortress where you will taste local food and wine. By the end of the day, you will return to the hotel to rest.

Day 6: Sinj and Cetina landscape

After breakfast, the adventure awaits in Cetina landscape. You will explore the Sinj Alka museum of the traditional equestrian competition and Stipe Sikirica Sculpture Gallery while visiting the city center and the famous Alka stalls. On your way back, you will visit the Klis Fort and photograph the stunning panorama of Split.

Day 7: Omiš and Omiš Hinterland

After having breakfast at the hotel, the forenoon is reserved for visiting the Cetina river canyon and enjoying one of the adrenaline attractions of your choice – it will be canyon rafting or zip line. The adventure continues with a workshop where you will prepare the traditional dish soparnik.

Day 8: Return

Breakfast at the hotel and leisure time until the transfer to the airport.


The retreat will be held in Croatia. You will be visiting Split, Brač island, Krka National Park, Zadvarje, Trogir, Šibenik, Sinj, Cetina, and Omiš.
