Tannery Townhouse

It’s the perfect place to hit your inner snooze button. The Tannery Townhouse offers 14 rooms combining the quiet luxury of a great Irish guesthouse with a bustling base at the heart of Dungarvan. Set just around the corner from the restaurant, you’ll find chic décor imbued with The Tannery’s trademark attention to detail. The rooms offer free Wi-Fi and louvred shutters for that lie-in before strolling over to the Tannery Restaurant for a freshly cooked breakfast.

This three day intensive course is a mix of demo and practical where Paul and Michael Quinn will share their combined 50 years of restaurant and chef experience with you.
