During the holiday, you will stay in a two-bedroom cottage. The regular two bedroom cottage is perfect for a small family seeking a home base from which to explore the island. Should you choose to upgrade, you will stay in the two bedroom executive cottage which is a bit larger than the two bedroom cottage and has a whirlpool tub for that special relaxation time. Sundance Cottages also has a three-bedroom cottage. The three-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage accommodates larger families or is tailor-made for golf foursomes. The two bedroom-fireplace cottage, meanwhile, is for you if you want space and pampering during your vacation.

All units have amenities which include air conditioning, full fridge and stove, microwave and dishwasher. There are also queen size beds, remote control cable TV and DVD, propane BBQ and picnic table, complete linens, dishes, utensils, and small appliances. Coffee filters, salt and pepper, and dishsoap are supplied by Sundance Cottages. Two cottages, meanwhile, have king size beds. Lobster pots are kept in the office and you can borrow them. If there is anything missing, just let the staff members know.

Additionally, the facilities provided by Sundance Cottages include partial service every day when the staff members change your towels and pick up your garbage. Laundry facilities are available on the premises. Mountain bikes and helmets are free to use. Wireless internet access throughout the property and an extensive video library are available for you. They can also make arrangements for flowers, wine, birthday cakes, and more for those special events.

You will go out with Stephen to learn how to dig for clams. Then, bring them back to Linda’s house and she will show you how to cook them along with other types of seafood. The digging and cooking activities will take approximately three hours, meaning that you have the rest of the time to enjoy at your own pleasure. There are plenty of activities you can experience near the location. In this community, you will find grocery stores, restaurants, golf courses, and many activities for families.

Cavendish is a small rural area spread out mostly on both sides of route 6. A large portion of the north side of route 6 is the Prince Edward Island National Park. Cavendish is about four kilometers from one end to the other, so nothing is far away.
