During this vacation, you will be staying at Villa Cielo in shared twin rooms, double rooms, or special deluxe suites. Single rooms are available at no additional cost but the single rooms are slightly less standard as in the views and a shared bathroom.

Villa Cielo is owned by an Irish family and is finished to a high modern standard each room has international television, air conditioning, and internet throughout with plenty of living space the villa is a real treat to sit back, relax wind down and enjoy a special vacation.

Cielo hosts great outside terraces with amazing views of the sea and mountains you will never get tired of looking at thees stunning sunrises and sunsets with beautiful gardens and an infinity pool giving the whole property an incredible feeling of space relaxation and tranquility.

There are plenty of outside seating areas a bbq and pizza oven with inside and outside bars enjoying the varied areas of this villa. You will have a great feeling of relaxation and learn some new skills and hopefully make some new friends and colleagues we look forward to meeting you and hope you all have an amazing experience.

Program

During the visit to the area, you will experience the life of the locals with extensive insight and you will learn some of the language and local ways of life in beautiful Andalucía. The seven days’ culinary tour is the most complete option. This experience is for those who are interested in learning in-depth about the culture and traditions of Spanish food along with an insight into how the locals live.

Daily schedule

Day 1: Arrival - Evening of paella demonstration and flamenco

Arrival from airport. Afterwards, there will be an introduction and itinerary for your stay with the Spanish Culinary Tour. You will also be allocated to your room and have a tour of the villa. Then, you will have a question and answer session with the chef followed by an afternoon to relax. Afterwards, there will be an evening of paella with demonstration and flamenco.

Day 2: Insight into tapas

After breakfast, there will be an insight into tapas, followed by a tapas class matched with local wines over lunch with a local wine expert. In the evening, you will have a tapas tour of Nerja around the local traditional tapas bars that give you a good insight into the local life and language.

Day 3: Excursions to Alpujarras for wine and olive tasting

You will go on an excursion to the beautiful “Alpujarras” in Granada, where you will visit the award-winning wine bodegas. Later, you will be treated to a tour of a traditional olive “molino” (mill), giving you the opportunity to see a working mill and taste the full variety of olives and oils produced and exported worldwide. In the evening, you will be free to do what you like from your return to the villa. This is expected to be around 7 p.m.

Day 4: Departure

Light breakfast followed by a chance to reflect on the tour and your experience and transfer to the airport.
