The Imperial Suite

There are 80 square meters of a finely furnished villa with period furniture and precious details which are the ideal setting to discover the wonderful Tuscany. This suite is on the ground floor of the main villa where the Bologna family still resides on the upper floors and bought the Medici family estate in 1864.

The villa belonged to the Grand Dukes of Tuscany until Leopold II, who was the last great Grand Duke of Tuscany. In 1860, Tuscany passed to the kingdom of Italy and the assets of the Grand Duchy passed to the state which decided to sell them at auction. The apartment has a large living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

Choose the "Suite Imperiale" for your stay in Siena Provence, Tuscany; offering an oasis of calm and heritage in the heart of Tuscany. The suite of the Tenuta Granducale di Dolciano has been rebuilt exactly as Leopoldo II, Grand Duke of Tuscany, wanted it for his guests.
