After spending most of he day in the kitchen, preparing various dishes, experimenting with different recipes, reading articles appearing on different magazines and weekly newspapers, Shyama was able to enhance her knowledge about cooking and develop her own way of cooking and baking. Because of her years of experience in the kitchen, Shyama is able to provide classes of any type of South Indian or Kerala food in order to satisfy the individual needs of the guests. She is extremely happy to provide culinary training and share her passion for cooking.
The family's background of rich culture and tradition of ancient Hindu-Nair origins, brings some fantastic culinary expertise. Shyama Nair is an expert at typical vegetarian and non-vegetarian Kerala cuisine, specializing in aviyal and prawns curry. During this holiday, you can also marvel the most sumptuous delights of top restaurants.
During your stay in this wonderful region, be sure to try the rice pancakes with kadala curry and the traditional idiyappam, made in an ancient brass device, as well as other typical Kerala delicacies.
