After spending most of he day in the kitchen, preparing various dishes, experimenting with different recipes, reading articles appearing on different magazines and weekly newspapers, Shyama was able to enhance her knowledge about cooking and develop her own way of cooking and baking. Because of her years of experience in the kitchen, Shyama is able to provide classes of any type of South Indian or Kerala food in order to satisfy the individual needs of the guests. She is extremely happy to provide culinary training and share her passion for cooking.

Host family was very welcoming and friendly. Food was excellent and the cooking lessons were customized. Same day laundry was really useful for traveling light.

Staying with Shyama and her family in Fort Kochi was a wonderful, life enhancing experience. The facilities were excellent, the food delicious and the atmosphere delightful. The warmth of our host combined with her passions for food, people and her city made this a memorable and valuable experience.
She was also very helpful and flexible with me and my travel plans and requirements. I am looking forward to try the recipes on my own for my family and friends. Hopefully I will have similar results!
I'm already planning a return trip, and it can't happen soon enough.

"Perfect Kerela Cooking"
Once you meet the family you can feel the warmth. They are very pleasant and nice. They are very well prepared. Once we got down to cooking, Mrs Nair went out her way to satisfy my culinary needs and based the entire week's cooking on what I wanted. Her incredible experience shows through immediately and it is a pleasure working with her.
All in all, a fantastic experience.
