Honestly speaking, pretty anywhere you go you will be very satisfied with the quality of service, the very good food (you need to like fish and seafood), the quality of wine - you will be totally satisfied for dinner for two with great food and wine for less than 100€.

Our lunchtime pintxos tour was worth the trip in itself. Our guide Vicky made us feel at home, she had great recommendations, did all the hard work ordering and offered good alternatives if those options didn't suit anyone's tastes. She was able to tell us about the history of the area and explain local customs. After the tour she sent us some fantastic recommendations of more places to visit (involving food and also some non-food places) and after our tour experience we had the confidence to try many other places and foods. It really felt like we spent the day with an old friend who made us feel very welcome and I can't recommend this tour highly enough. Thank you so much!

My wife and I took a Pinchos tour with Inigo in August 2016 and we had a fantastic time. Inigo is an excellent guide who speaks perfect English. He was born and raised in San Sebastián, so he has unquestionable inside knowledge on the area, local produce and local wines. He also gave us a bit of a history lesson along the way. He took us to 6 of his favourite Pinchos bars. We had Pinchos with matching wine at each bar and we were not disappointed. All wines were good quality and the Pinchos we had were the 'specialty' of each bar we went to - this is hard to do without local knowledge. The tour is totally worthwhile especially if you can't speak Spanish!!

Great cooking class, excellent chef, and other staff who speak English very well. We did the Basque, French, Navarra, Rioja course, with very nice typical Basque dishes, like bacalao ajoarriero, lamb stew, and Pastel Vasco. Good explanations and instructions in clear English. Professional and clean kitchen with first class ingredients. Enjoyed our meal with the group and accompanying wines very much. Perfect excursion to do while you are in San Sebastian.

If you have the time, book a pintxos tour with this company - it is excellent and well worth it. We learnt about so many different things, not all food and wine and we enjoyed making new friends and trying delicious foods on the tour. They also do amazing cookery courses, so a must for a foodie!

Our class began with a visit to a local market, where the chef explained some of the local specialties and purchased the food we were to prepare back at the school. The kitchen facilities at the school were first-class. Plenty of room for each couple to work. We enjoyed some good wine while we prepared our luncheon, which was truly gourmet. We learned new techniques and skills and had a great time. Highly-recommended. The staff was incredible.

I took a group of 8 customers here, recently after a trip to a Rioja winery. All said, it was a unique experience and was possibly the highlight of the 3 day trip. We were shown how to make some famous / basic pintxos, which were really tasty. So simple, but brilliant. Then, we cooked together around a large island, with a pot between 4 people. We cooked a traditional Basque recipe with baked salt cod and local cheese, which was delicious. You eat the pintxos after you've made them, but then, you will sit down together around a big table for the rest with some delicious Beronia Rioja. Although this was a business visit, I would not hesitate to go back with friends / family. They give you the recipes to take away so you can cook them again at home.

This was our second year and it was even more fun than last years rustic town kitchen. Magnificent set up with the new kitchen located in the hotel Maria Christina, great simple dishes with good wine, and terrific company: travelers who are looking for something a little different and hands-on. The staff is excellent and try really hard for everyone to join in and be comfortable. The new kitchen has been set up straight out of the cooking shows seen all around the world. Highly recommended, you will not go away hungry or wanting a drink.

Our guide, Vicky, was outstanding. We experienced San Sebastian with a local expert, visiting unique pintxos bars and having lots of fun. Our introduction to San Sebastian will never be forgotten: the history, the culture, and the beautiful landscape. The food capital of Europe certainly lived up to its name, the food we enjoyed was very authentic, we would never have wondered into these particular locations. Well done, keep up the great work!
