Royal India Holidays can always advise what cooking demonstration they'll do one week in advance, including the ingredients so you can prepare for the same and be ready.

Royal India Holidays will prepare the following ingredients:

• Okra
• Mix vegetables
• Shahi Paneer
• Eggplant Vegetable
• Bitter gourd Vegetable
• Red Lentils
• Black lentil
• Various dishes of Rice
• Rice Pudding
• Suji Pudding
• Bottlegourd vegetable
• Aloo & Puri
• Raitas
• Chicken Curry
• Roti
• Paranthas
• Stuffed Paranthas

Diary and pen to write the recipe or cooking utensils will also be useful.

Timing of sessions (India Standard Time, GMT+5:30)

• Class 1: 5 to 6 p.m.
• Class 2: 6 to 7 p.m.

Course information

During the live session, you can ask questions related to the dish. Also if you want, Royal India Holidays can email you the recipe right after the cooking demonstration.

Royal India Holidays will be demonstrating foods that are normally cooked in Indian homes almost daily. They are simple, healthy and can be quickly made.

We will also explain about the spices and each dish. Once the classes are in order, we will then prepare weekly menu and start. So the guests can choose to join the class whatever they want to learn.

This cooking course is conducted online. Newton Singh from Royal India Holidays is based in India (GMT+5:30) and he will live-stream the classes via Zoom or FaceTime. You can participate from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.
