Ritu Kochar started teaching in 2005 and since then she has worked with more than 1,000 students; she believes that the food has to be simple, tasty and creative. Ritu likes to use ingredients that are fresh and easily available. Her classes are always practical and they are designed for students to learn how to prepare traditional Panjabi food that is healthy and nutritious with techniques that can be easily replicated.
