You will be accommodated in triple room-suites or in double rooms. Around the patio, the hotel's six rooms offer a refined and distinct atmosphere. Fully-heated and also air-conditioned, they have everything you need to enjoy your stay. All are decorated and furnished with dark wood in traditional Moroccan Berber style, which gives them simple elegance and a lively atmosphere. Each room has a safe, mini-bar, satellite television, and free WiFi. The toilets are separate from the shower.

Both the bed structure and built-in cupboard are decorated with precious carved inlays from Mali, symbolizing the ancient rites of the Dogan people. This can also be seen in the room’s furnishing, creating an elegant, traditional African style. The bathroom is in beige Tadelakt, with a sink in dark fossil stone and shower in blue zellige flooring.
This is a very large suite that has two windows overlooking the patio and the pool. It is equipped with a lounge sofa that can be used as an extra bed. The suite is decorated with dark wood furniture and maichort, and offers ample space to sit and relax. It has a large bathroom with a shower in marron zellige flooring.

This very large and beautiful suite is orange in color and offers the same grand bathroom and exquisite decor as the other suites. It has a very high and old ceiling in traditional wood work. By being on the first floor, you are simply a step nearer to enjoying the terrace in this room. Its shower comes in beige zellige flooring.
This is one of the riad's most popular rooms. It is a double room and is green in color. Located in the far corner of the first floor, this room offers peace and quiet. It is large, bright, and equipped with a king-sized bed covered with a canopy. It has a spacious bathroom with beige Tadelakt and zellige flooring.
This is a wonderful corner double room on the first floor and is purple in color. It is furnished with a very traditional wood, spiral canopy with a king-sized bed. Its window is situated towards the quiet residential road. It has a big bathroom in marron zellige flooring.
Learn to cook authentic Moroccan meals for two days during this tagine cookery retreat. In between lessons, you will also get the chance to experience the vibrant culture of this amazing country. You will start the day with a short Arabic lesson to learn the words for various ingredients, and then go to the market to test your new language skills and buy fresh produce. You will stroll among the locals as you select the meat, vegetables, herbs, and spices that form the basis of Moroccan cuisine.
You will learn how spices are used and then, during your hands-on cooking classes, Chef Zineb will teach you how to make traditional dishes central to Moroccan meals. Among the most famous Moroccan dishes are couscous, pastila, tagine, tanjia, and harira. Once you have prepared your tagine meal, you will sit down to savor the delights of your cookery class in the delightful surroundings of the riad, armed with your own exclusive Moroccan recipes to try at home.
You will be picked up at the airport and brought to the riad. You will be welcomed with Moroccan pastries and a warm pot of refreshing Moroccan mint tea. In the evening, you will be served a welcome dinner.
After breakfast, you will take a trip to the souks (an Arabic term for open-air markets) to see what is in season and decide on the day's menu. You will prepare an appetizer, a main entree, and dessert. You will learn how to pick out the freshest products for your meal and experience how Moroccans do their daily grocery shopping. After this market experience, you will come back to the riad and start to prepare your first tagine of the week. Relax over lunch and enjoy your creation.
In the afternoon, you will be taken on a guided cultural tour of the Medina of Marrakech, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Discover the city's labyrinth of narrow lanes that are alive with markets and souks, and grab the chance to enjoy a dinner meal at the famous Jemaa el-Fna square and other recommended restaurants.
After breakfast, this day's cooking lesson will teach you how to make couscous. You will also be making harira, which is Moroccan soup, and a light and delicious fruit salad with mint and rose water. In the evening, you are invited to try a unique experience of relaxation with a scrub in a traditional Moroccan hammam, which is also known as a Moroccan bath, and a relaxing massage with authentic argan oil. You can have dinner at the riad or in a local restaurant after your spa session.
You will be served breakfast and transferred to the airport for your return flight home after checking out of the riad.
You have one guided tour of the Medina of Marrakech included in this retreat. During this excursion, you will get the opportunity to experience the famous square of Jemaa el-Fna.
This food retreat will take place in Riad Les Ammonites, a hotel built around the style of traditional Morrocan houses. It is located at the heart of the old Medina of Marrakech, and close to the famous sight-seeing spots like the Medersa Ben Youssef, the Berber markets called souks, and the famous square of Jemaa el-Fna, which is only within three minutes of walking distance. Daily Moroccan breakfast buffets and lunch meals are included in the price of this retreat.
