You will stay in a luxury hotel in Delhi and a boutique four-star hotel in Jaipur. Both places have outside oasis and gift shops so even on days that you feel like being low key, there is plenty to do within the hotel grounds. Bathrooms are private with American standard toilets in the hotel and many restaurants.

This retreat is a wonderful mix of daily yoga, volunteering in a school in the slums of Jaipur and cultural visits and activities. You will stay in comfortable accommodation but at the same time taste the local culture. You will start and end your trip in New Delhi. On the second day, you will go to Jaipur where you will stay for 10 days.

In just one week of volunteering, you will not only leave behind a positive impact on a wonderful, deserving community but develop memories and friendships that will last a lifetime. This year, Pranaya is planning on reaching out to work with a local eye doctor so that they can provide vision care to all 65 children in this project through the 'Yogamour Sees Seva project'. They will need your help to pull this clinic off as well as bring your own unique light into the school while you are there.

No day will be completed without a dose of traditional Indian culture; look forward to sari shopping in the bustling marketplaces, authentic Indian cooking class, and exploring ancient temples, palaces, and mausoleums. Optional journaling, meditation, and yoga practice will provide solace and reflection to the days well served. Pranaya will also offer a few special focus workshops to help you deepen your practice of yoga on and off the mat.
