You will stay in one of the award-winning glamping safari tents at Gilbertsville Farmhouse. Each glamping tent includes one (1) king bed, luxury linens, a ceiling fan, a beautiful heating stove, electricity, a beautiful, well-appointed common bathhouse with a lobby area, leather sofas, and double fireplaces. Glamping suites with private bathrooms are also available. Farmhouse Inn suites are also available.

Gilbertsville Farmhouse is an award-winning luxury farm wedding venue and resort, featuring a one-of-a-kind glamping village. The farm is only open to the public on two weekends during the year, and this is one of them! Gilbertsville Farmhouse has 31 lodging rooms. Their luxurious glamping safari tents stay comfortable and cozy all season, and their farmhouse inn is designed like a boutique hotel. Every lodging option is beautifully designed, well allocated, and loaded with a small-town charm.

The Farmhouse Inn suites have radiant floor heat and the glamping safari tents have heating stoves that keep the tents warm and cozy during your entire stay.

What is better than autumn in New York? Autumn in New York at Gilbertsville Farmhouse. Guests will be surrounded by the most incredible foliage vistas while they are wined and dined by one of the finest culinary teams in the northeast. Cameras are a must for this retreat which is held in peak foliage season.

The mountains will be decorated with bursts of natural colors. This retreat is for adults 21 and over only. Also, this retreat is for adults who like to eat great food and drink lots of wine. Stay at the award-winning resort-style farm and be amazed by how incredibly beautiful autumn is surrounded by mountains in the most beautiful and scenic part of New York farmland.

Sleep in high-end king beds with luxurious bedding, enjoy gourmet farm-to-table style meals with awesome wine pairings, dine every night in a new stunning barn, relax, roast marshmallows, cuddle affectionate farm animals, and connect with nature.

Day 1: Monday

Arrive at the 125-acre farm by 4 p.m., check into your luxury glamping safari tent or Farmhouse Inn suite, explore a bit, and get settled. At sunset, join the group on the covered patio for an "Amuse-Bouche and Aperitif Fireside Soiree" to welcome you to the farm. Afterward, enjoy a farm-to-table style dinner in the stunning barn. After dinner, enjoy some gourmet s'mores by the bonfire.

Day 2: Tuesday

Spiced pancakes and apple cider mimosas? Yes, please! After breakfast, join the on-site forager for a walkabout in the woods. Learn about and explore the woodlands and forage for edible mushrooms that will be used in your dinner that evening. When you come back, enjoy lunch and wine on the deck overlooking the Gilbertsville Farmhouse hayfields.

In the evening, gather in the chandelier barn for a beautifully decorated candlelit dinner. Hear from a master winemaker about how the wine you are drinking went from the vine to the bottle. After dinner, head to the after-hours lounge for a digestif cocktail and dessert.

Day 3: Wednesday

Savor another farm-fresh breakfast in the Hayloft. They know it will be difficult, but then it's goodbyes, check-out out, and see you next time!

The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
