4-Ingredient Strawberry Banana Ice Cream

I don’t know about you, but I absolutely adore recipes that only requires a handful of ingredients. And this treat is one of them! To make it, all you need are bananas, strawberries, heavy cream, and vanilla. Make sure the bananas and strawberries are frozen. Then mix them, in a food processor, with the rest of the ingredients and you are done. Put them in the freezer for 2-3 hours (or until frozen solid).

Copycat Dole Pineapple Whip

Haven’t got the time to wait for the ice cream to freeze? This recipe comes to the rescue. Just make sure you have frozen pineapple chunks handy and also some froze whipped cream. Then all you have to do is to toss them in the food processor, together with some pineapple juice and honey (or sugar). Voila! You’re all done!

Homemade Cookie Monster Ice Cream

Adults and kids alike love Sesame Street, right? For kids of all ages (and their parents, too), this ice cream is the perfect dessert for a hot summer day. You will need whipping cream, condensed milk, sandwich cookies (like Oreos), chocolate chip cookies, vanilla, and food coloring. Whip the cream, vanilla, and food coloring together until still peak form. Stir in the condensed milk and then fold in the chopped cookies. Let it freeze for about 6 hours.

Nutella Frozen Yogurt

If you’re a ‘sucker’ for anything chocolate, this is THE ideal dessert for you. The great news is that it can easily be transformed into a vegan-friendly delicacy by just switching a few ingredients. You will need yogurt (preferred: no-diary, unsweetened), chocolate hazelnut butter (or any healthy vegan variant), vanilla, cocoa powder, and non-diary milk. You may also need a sweetener (stevia) and, optional, chocolate chips. Mix everything (except the chocolate chips) in a food processor until completely smooth. If you don’t have an ice-cream machine, just transfer it into a freezer-friendly container. Stir well every 3 hours.
Another option is to use a banana and only 2-3 tablespoons of yogurt to help with blending. Taste it as you may want to skip the sweetener in this case.

Whisk together the cream and the juice. Taste and decide if you want to add orange extract (and how much). These lush popsicles are super easy to make. All you need is these ingredients: coconut cream, cashews, dates, matcha powder, vanilla extract, and water. If you want to make the adult version, add vodka. Soak the cashews. Then drain them and toss in a blender with the rest of the ingredients. Pour into the molds and let them sit overnight.

Here’s a recipe that is suitable for only adults as it contains alcohol. You will need white wine, cherry juice, apple juice, and sliced mixed fruits. Berries are a good choice but you can also add pomegranate seeds if you wish. Combine the wine with the juice in a large pitcher. Add the mixed fruits in the molds and pour the mixture on top. Freeze for 24 hours.
