"My friend and I stayed at Menica Marta Country House for four days. Cinthia and her husband, Enrico, were great hosts. We did a special package with Cinthia and Enrico where they took us to the local sights and spent a couple of days learning cooking. We had a lot of fun and after travelling for some time, it felt like we were going home to mum and dad! The location is very quiet and a great place to relax for a few days. I recommend this accommodation and look forward returning someday."

"Cynthia (the host) is welcoming, cheerful, makes you feel comfortable and gives you tips on things to do in the area (hiking, lakes, castles, forests, Rome, Etruscan sites). Breakfast is amazing, with only fresh and local products; everything is homemade including an amazing hazelnut chocolate spread-that is ten times better than Nutella! The rooms are spacious, have their own kitchenette and if you are lucky you get a lavender sachet on your pillow. Such a great deal for the comfort and quality of food and service."

"We were really impressed by this self-catering apartment. We have been fans of Lazio with its beautiful lakes, Rome, Etruscan sites, etc. for some years staying in a number of different self-catering short rents, but this is by far the best! For this price we were expecting something a bit rough and had thought of going on to spend our second week somewhere more expensive but we were so glad that we hadn't bothered; this was a really good value, clean, peaceful. We are definitely planning to stay here again and thinking about friends and family staying as well."
