You will learn different spices used in Indian cooking and the basic ingredients and their usage. The cuisines will be mainly North Indian and typical Kerala cuisines. Required tool is just a smartphone or a computer and an open mind for cooking. Instructions regarding the preparation of cooking utensils and ingredients will be informed in advance. Course information

From curries and side dishes to soups and salads, you can learn fantastic Indian cuisines that contribute to your 5-a-day. This course is meant for any level. Detailed recipe of the dishes will be sent to you in advance. You will prepare two dishes everyday - not a strict rule - your suggestions are always welcome and Master World Holidays will be happy to incorporate.

Note: vegetarian or vegan sessions can be included upon customer’s request!

Daily program

Day 1

Dal Tadka

The most popular dish served with Indian meals, a smooth and creamy lentil preparation tempered with ghee and spices.

Chicken 65

A popular deep fried spicy chicken appetizer, prepared by marinating and frying chicken bites coated with spices, flour and curry leaves.

Day 2

Beef with raw banana

A traditional dish made out of raw banana and beef mixed with Indian spices.

Cabbage Thoran

A very healthy dry vegetable dish made with finely chopped cabbage(or any vegetables) mixed with shallots, chillies, fresh grated coconut and green chillies.

Day 3

Chicken Stew

A rich and creamy dish fully loaded with tender chicken, veggies and dry fuits simmered in fresh coconut milk.

Aloo Jeera

An easy-to-make popular Indian dish where potatoes are cooked with cumin seeds.

Day 4

Kadai Paneer

A spicy and flavourful dish prepared with Paneer or cottage cheese and bell peppers cooked in freshly ground masala.

Egg Burji

An Indian style scrambled eggs cuisine prepared by tossing eggs with Indian masala.

Day 5

Fish Masala Fry

Fresh fish marinated with thick masala paste and fried shallow in a pan!
