Your stay in Angamaly will be at a lush green resort tucked into a serene pocket of Mangattukara, Angamaly, and spread across 15 acres of land, just 12 kilometers from the Cochin International Airport. Chef Anoop David is a professional chef with an overall experience of more than 16 years in star-categorized hotels. He specializes in Indian, seafood grill preparations, and Ayurvedic cuisine. He has conducted so many cookery shows which have been covered by the media and got some newspaper articles, too. His passion for food, travel, and hospitality made him a great chef, a hospitality entrepreneur, and a good teacher.
Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided. During cooking sessions, together you will cook and eat! Your host will give you a chance to try out a variety of cuisines during the tour. This includes various Indian dishes, Kerala dishes, biriyani, tandoori chicken, traditional fish curry, crab roast, pearlspot wrapped in banana leaf, breads, chaats, snacks, dosas, common South Indian breakfast dishes and much more.
