A quiet and cozy atmosphere on a typical green Tuscany, Chianti area, nestled in the rolling hills surrounding the ancient city of Arezzo. The holiday villa, Le 3 Rose Farmhouse, offers four comfortable private apartments, with full furniture. A lovely peaceful location with panoramic views over the city of Arezzo, where "on your leisure" you can relax at the scenic swimming pool with an excellent glass of Chianti wine they produce, or enjoy excursions in beautiful surroundings of the villa, with its rolling hills worked meticulously with olive trees and vineyards, produce an excellent Chianti wine.

Chef Fabrizio believes that to learn and immerse yourself in Italian and typically Tuscan cuisine is to put your hand on, with the support of charming professional chef who will follow you step by step explaining the richness and quality of local products that Tuscany produces.

Day 1 - Arrival, cooking class

  • Meeting at the Arezzo train station or at the villa
  • Enjoy typical welcome garden aperitif buffet with Prosecco wine tasting
  • Introduction given by the chef Fabrizio and host of the villa owner, to know each-other and talk about the program of your cooking vacation

Day 2 - Cooking class, free afternoon

  • Following breakfast, first cookery lesson with the chef, enjoying the results for lunch

Day 3 - Cultural tour

Day 5 - Cooking class, wine tasting

    Chef Fabrizio grew up in a family with strong Italian culinary traditions, foundations of the traditional Tuscan cuisine, and the Mediterranean diet. After a long experience in the UK as a chef, then he moved to various countries and worked with important chefs, who have taught him new techniques and exotic touches. While favoring the traditional cuisine, using methods of the past and highest quality ingredients, Fabrizio can delight with aromas giving them a contemporary twist.

All the others ingredients used will be purchased in the morning before the course, from trusted suppliers, to guarantee top quality and freshness.

During your stay, you will have the chance to taste wines Chianti IGT, Vin Santo dessert wine, and extra virgin olive oil from MangiarDivino's production farm, totally organic, with the quality of the past. All of MangiarDivino's products can be purchased with suitable packaging for transportation. Also available, are confitures and organic products such as truffles, porcini mushroom sauce, and other culinary delights from a local producer, strictly sealed for oversea transport.

Their cooking lessons are relaxed, fun, and hands-on. They take place in the fully-equipped restaurant kitchen of the villa, with everyone working in a group with the chef. As MangiarDivino takes small groups, up to 8 participants, everyone can really get involved. Chef Fabrizio with his skills and experience, will bring you all the passion for cooking and Tuscan tradition while creating recipes using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Italian food is simple but tasty, with ingredients that can be found mostly everywhere.
