They would recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to check in and change clothes. Unless cancelled or rescheduled, your treatment begins on the appointed time. Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment. Your treatment will end on time, so that the next guest is not delayed. The treatments you select are reserved especially for you. A 50% charge will be collected for treatments not cancelled four hours in advance.
The resort is a 50 to 60 minute drive (approximately 50 kilometres) from Phuket International Airport (HKT) and just minutes away from some of Phuket’s popular sites, including the shopping and restaurant district of Patong. If you require transportation assistance, or if you have any additional requests, please feel free to contact Le Meredien.
You can also hire a mini bus, which fits a maximum of 6 passengers and 6 pieces of luggage at approximately 1700 THB. All fees are per way and inclusive of tax and service charges. It takes about 45 minutes travel time.
The first departure from the resort via the third party shuttle is at 10 a.m. and the last trip is at 10 p.m. First departure from Patong is 11:15 a.m. and the last return trip is 11 p.m. The fee for round trip ticket is 180 THB, while for one-way ticket is 100 THB.
For guests, who want to travel to Patong Beach from the resort can use a shared seating mini-van transfer service. The shuttle service runs on schedule. Please inquire with Le Meredien's associates at the reception desk for schedule information and seat reservations.
An advance reservation for both trips is required. Pickup point is at the Port Cochere of the resort. Drop-off point is the Police Box on Patong Beach, in front of the Thaweewong-Soi Bangla intersection. Port Cochere, their on-site third party hospitality desk, can assist with your private car service arrangements.
A few metered taxi cabs operate at the airport. They are located on the left-hand side, as you exit. The fee and rates vary at approximately 1000 THB per one-way. It takes about 45 minutes travel time to the resort.
Another option is another form of taxi, which is the tuk-tuk. These are converted mini-vans that operate like non-metered taxi cabs, with fares. They can be hailed at the main entrance to the resort to transport guests around the island. The fee to Patong via tuk-tuk is approximately 500 THB; to Phuket Town is at approximately 700 THB. All fees are per way.
