Beautiful resort with nice pools and a great private beach. Just spent one week here with my wife. Rooms are well appointed, but average in size. There are 10 restaurants, so an abundance of quality choices, however they are over priced in comparison. Staff are friendly and very accommodating. The resort also accommodates well for kids if needed. No complaints at all. However, I have found Phuket more expensive and in general not as good as Hua Hin, Pattaya, Samui or Bangkok. Tried both Patong and Siray Bay.

I have been to Phuket many times and always looked at Le Meridien with its private beach, when passing over Karon hill. Originally booked for 10 nights, but reduced to 5 once contacted about the 1200 kids arriving on the last 5 nights. I had spoken to someone, who said it was a little tired, but still wanted to stay due to the location, so was pleasantly surprised, once we arrived, as it seems to have had a major refurb. It has recently had a conference centre built, so maybe the refit was completed at the same time.

It is a huge hotel for Thailand and has more of a Caribbean feel to it. It is like a little village with a great beach. Rooms were modern and clean, communal areas were immaculate with great facilities. The gym was very good with some great kit. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and the evening buffet was superb with quality food. Tony, the chef was excellent talking us through all the food and really couldn't do enough.

It is a top end hotel and is very big. Has its own beach, which is lovely. The pools are nice, clean, huge, and several of them. Breakfast is faultless with so much to choose from and has excellent service. Lunch in the poolside restaurant is very nice and reasonable priced (for a top end hotel). Evening meals with entertainment are extremely expensive, so we did not avail of them. Rooms are lovely, comfortable, with everything you need. It was cleaned all the time. 4 free bottles of water daily were given and there was a fridge to keep them in. There are lots to do like table tennis, golf pen, etc. They have nice air conditioned lounges to sit in.

We decided to stay again at Le Meridien, after having been there last year at around the same time, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves there yet again! The staff were all friendly and very kind to us, and we really had a great time at the spa with the many massages and facial treatments. The hotel is really ideally located near Patong, if you feel like going out there, but is a quiet refuge of pleasure, if you want to just take it easy. We shall certainly return to visit you!

I have been coming here for the past 19 years and will be coming back for many more. The hotel is more than just a hotel. The staffs are great and make you feel right at home. Whatever you need you will get. The beach is the best in all of Phuket and the only hotel on the island, which has a private beach. Near to Patong means the party is close, but yet far enough to completely avoid it, if you choose to. The hotel is very family friendly, so if you are looking for a quiet atmosphere all day, this isn't the place, as the hotel is buzzing in a very nice way.

We have just returned from another 12 nights at the resort and can truly state that our stay was even better than when we stayed in 2013. From the moment that we stepped onto the resort, they could not looked after us any better and it made the two weeks a complete joy. Even when the second room wasn't ready (no fault of theirs, the previous guests simply hadn't checked out), they looked after us well. Yes, we will be back.

We have just returned home from a wonderful relaxing holiday at Le Meridien Beach Resort Phuket. Our room in the Mali wing was on the 4th floor. We had views of the pool and beach from our balcony. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom spacious. Though the Wi-Fi didn't work in the room, it is available in all public areas. The lobby and the air conditioned business centre were great places to relax and connect with the internet.

The weather was quite hot, during our stay (more so that previous visits to Phuket). The private white sandy beach was clean and clear, and a cooler temperature than the swimming pools at the resort. The swimming pools are large and were never crowded. There were plenty of deck chairs and umbrellas to choose from.

There are 10 restaurants to dine in with a great variety of cuisines. The resort offers Thai cooking classes in Wang Warin Thai Restaurant, which was a fun way to spend 2 hours on a Monday. We cooked a four course meal, which we then got to eat. Thanks to Chef Noi for his cooking tips. Breakfasts were well catered for with a huge variety of food. The egg stations were very popular and the fresh fruit was divine.

The resort offers many free recreational activities like mini golf, tennis, squash, climbing wall, kayaks, beach volleyball, a well set up gym, kids club, and 20 minutes scuba diving lessons. The gym seemed to be well used. Taxis were readily available to take the short drive into Patong for shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. Cost is about 300 THB and well worth it, as it was so much nicer staying at Le Meridien than in Patong. On the road leading into the hotel, were a few massage salons, mini mart, money changer, and restaurant. A big thank you to all the staffs, who were always friendly and helpful, and are an asset to the resort. We would definitely come back again.

Coming to the end of our one week stay with our family, including our grand parents and (teenage) children. It was a wonderful stay and cannot fault it. Efficient warm welcome by front desk staff. Very comfortable full ocean view suites with free Wi-Fi, generous bed, balcony, wardrobe, and desk space. Fully renovated rooms, clean, quiet, and spacious. Great selection of pool, beach, leisure areas to relax and excellent variety of (international standard) dining restaurants, with Japanese, Italian, Indian, and Continental cuisines. Just a note, with international dining standards expect international pricing.

All staffs from housekeeping, pool, fitness centre, reception, dining, to water sports, were Thai hospitality at its best. Enjoyed the scuba diving day trip, snorkel, catamaran, canoeing, beach volleyball, and tennis courts. Not to mention, the pools and of course, the absolute best thing of the resort is, its private beach. This part of Phuket is picture perfect. Have stayed at some nice properties here in Phuket, but this magic bit of sand makes the stay priceless. Cannot wait to come back. Somphop Prattranasanti runs the place with the precision of a swiss watch. My congratulations to the management and staff.

This is a perfect place to stay in Phuket. It is close enough to Patong, but far enough away to still get that relaxed holiday vibe. It was very hot, when we stayed, so we were in the water a lot! Many pools and a private beach to enjoy! Loved the beach there, and the water was clear and wavy. The breakfasts were to die for. Don't miss the watermelon lime and chilli breakfast shooter! The cook, who cooks the eggs, needs a medal. The eggs were perfectly poached every day, which is the way to my heart! The Mongolian BBQ was so nice that we had it for lunch 2 days in a row! Also, the wood fired pizzas were excellent!

The staff were always there with a big smile. Our room was lovely, deck with a peep of the sea huge shower with two big shower heads, and a seat! We stayed in 2 5-star resorts on our holiday in Phuket and this one was by far the best! Thank you.
