Andrea is a restaurateur and chef patron of Le Gemme di Artemisia. He is a professional for over 30 years with international experience. He worked as a chef and consultant at schools in various countries and 5-star hotels among the most important hotel chains. Together with Lara Perotti, restaurant manager and sommelier, in 2007 they opened Le Gemme di Artemisia, restaurant with cooking school, but above all, a place of hospitality for private and exclusive events.
