"Fun, supportive and professional and good hosts."

Support and encouragement for each dish whether or not you were a beginner or had experience. We felt at the end that we were confident to go home and cook the dishes. Also wonderful wine selection with all meals. Very knowledgeable about food and where it comes from. We both loved the goat farm. It was great to meet Nathan who also helped us through the week.

"Best of the Best"

I found both instructors very knowledgeable and could relate to the students level of expertise. They expanded my culinary know how tremendously and my fears of doing some things were minimized.
