Tuscan Cuisine Online Cooking Course Italy
Join chef Cinzia Masini at La Vivandiera in the beautiful Florence from the comfort of your own home, as she offers you a chance to learn authentic Italian cooking. Learn to cook simple and tasty dishes, not too complicated to be presented to your guests, such as sauces, pasta, meat, and desserts of all kinds. Participate if you love Italian food, even if you may not yet be able to move well in the kitchen, but have a lot of passion and desire to learn the Tuscan gastronomy!
The lessons will be held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday each week. Chef Cinzia Masini is available from 4 to 8 p.m. Italy time.
Lesson 1: Fresh pasta
2 different types of fresh pasta: tagliatelle and ravioli with simple sauces.
Lesson 2: Sauces
3 different sauces, ragù, fresh tomatoes sauce, pesto.
Lesson 3: Meat
Pollo alla cacciatora e polpette.
Lesson 4: Desserts
Cantuccini, tiramisù, panna cotta.
Cinzia Masini can help you create simple and tasty menus, advising you on the basis of your dietary needs, but also more elaborate menus taking care of the mise en place too. She can prepare original dinners for your friends and birthday parties, organize all the cooking for a whole week, help you create your home events, and give you the opportunity to learn something new through her courses. She prefers fresh and seasonal food, as well as organic and bio-dynamic ingredients coming from the short supply chain and fair trading and ethical markets.
This cooking course is conducted online. Chef Cinzia Masini from La Vivandiera is based in Florence, Italy, and she will live-stream the classes via Zoom or Jitsee Meet based on CEST (GMT+2) during summer and CET (GMT+1) for session/s after October 25, 2020. You can participate from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.
