During this 7-day food and farm course, set on a beautiful organic farm, La Bibioteca will teach you some essential skills that will help you on your way! Besides enjoying amazing food you will have full days filled with lectures and workshops. The course is the perfect place for hands-on food enthusiasts who want to learn more about rural living.

Taking home your produce

During the course, you will be making many products that will be difficult to transport home by plane. La Bibioteca, therefore, can provide a postal service of your own "La Bibioteca Farm Box," which they can send to any country in Europe for the price of postage costs.

Your farm and food toolkit

Everyone will receive their own toolkit. This gift box is filled with useful tools which you will need at home to start using your new found skills. The gift box includes: *Your own chef’s knife and apron

  • Sourdough starter kit (starter, bread scraper, bread basket)
  • Engraved copper hand shovel
  • 2 pairs of gardening gloves
  • Pair of garden scissors
  • Farm and food course folder with recipes and detailed course information, pen, and notebook

Daily organic breakfasts, lunches, and dinners are included. On your two free days, only breakfast is included but other meals can be provided upon request. All meals are served with drinks (homemade infusions, water, organic wine and beers, coffee, tea, after dinner digestive).

La Bibioteca cooks a wide variety of delicious and healthy dishes with fresh produce from the farm. Any dietary restrictions should be mentioned well in advance.

Things to do (optional)

Even though they are not included in the price, there are many fun and exciting excursions in the area. Ranging from horseback riding, mountain hiking, mini golf, visiting outdoor swimming pools, treatments at a beauty spa to wine and cheese tastings. You can also practice yoga. La Bibioteca will happily book any excursion for you. There is a beautiful spa facility nearby with a salt cave, sauna, whirlpool, outdoor pool, massages, and more.

How to get there

Recommended Airports

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Abruzzo Airport (PSR), Marche Airport (AOI), Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport (BLQ), or to a Rome airport. From any of these airports, you can then rent a car. This way you are mobile and it will be easier to move around on your free days, leaving you plenty of opportunities to travel around and explore the beautiful countryside of Le Marche.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 25% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 14 days before arrival.
