Testimonials

  • Review by Dr. Karen Friedman from Israel

"My husband, Yedidia, four of our eight children, and I recently came back from our third safari in South Africa, which, I must say, was in a class of its own, thanks to our tour operator and chef Avicam. Avicam organized the trip in a highly professional manner, from all flights, lodges, tours and more. As a chef, he is in a class of his own. He was able to make gourmet food that was delicious and interesting, presented beautifully, and took into account everyones individual needs. His price was very reasonable. He was also excellent with our 5-year-old twins and held a baking class with them so that we could have a little time on our own. I cant wait to plan another trip with him."

"Avicam and Bracha helped provide a trip of a lifetime for my husband and myself along with our very close friends to Prague, Vienna, and Budapest. Every detail from tours to hotels to transportation was handled with professional care and tailored to our individual needs. I would venture to say that Kosher Culinary Adventures is the only company capable of providing such excellent service. The food they prepared was absolutely delicious and the wine selections were first rate. I am planning a family vacation to Africa for the summer of 2016 and expect to have Avicam with us every step of the way! To paraphrase a famous saying: Dont leave home without him!"

  • Review by Noory and Bella Fisher from Israel

"I hoped to treat myself and my wife to an extravagant vacation after I retired, so we booked a week in Tuscany with Kosher Culinary Adventures. If extravagant means spending more for something than it is worth, then this was not extravagant - the only disappointment I had. The location was perfect: comfortable room, centrally located in Tuscany, and great scenery even before getting into the car. The staff was friendly and efficient. The food served at the villa, as well as the packaged lunches we ate on our day trips, were delicious as well as plentiful; and the wine and whisky choices made a mellow and relaxing ending of each day. I thought this would be a once in a lifetime trip but Im already looking into another trip within the coming year. Very highly recommended."

"After being in Tuscany this past year, it is impossible to think of vacationing without Kosher Culinary Adventures! We have recommended them to many and hope to return for another trip. The hospitality, food and wine, and great atmosphere gave us a feeling that not only were we in professional hands, but that we could feel like friends and family with the staff and enjoy ourselves in the most relaxing way. The surprises for dinner, the spoiling in the morning, and the open kitchen gave us memories of feeling at home in Tuscany, something I am sure we would never have had experienced in a hotel. We are looking forward to meeting up again!"
