Cooking-at-Camont is a new 3-day cooking class in a charming southwest French countryside. The limelight of this program is none other than the traditional Gascony cuisine; with a modern twist. You will be introduced to the seasonal French dishes; from soup to desserts, cassoulet, foie gras, confit de canard, clafoutis, orchard tartes and game terrines. You will also have the opportunity to get acquainted with the local ingredients by shopping at the farmers markets and stand a chance to meet some of the best artisan food producers in Gascony!
