The retreat location, Tenuta Santo Pietro, is a tranquil oasis comprised of a twelve-bedroom inn that dates back to the thirteenth century, and a 72-acre working farm nestled in the heart of the rolling Tuscan countryside. There is an idyllic poolside view of medieval Pienza. Vineyards and olive trees spread through rolling hills rising to a small valley. You will feel deeply moved by breathtaking views, the natural beauty of the land, and being in the moment.

The rooms at the inn have been created to heal and invite much needed rest. They are intentionally designed for ultra comfort, including inspiring artwork, gorgeous antiques, exquisite Italian linens, down pillows, super fluffy comforters, marble bathrooms, and air conditioning.

The owners of Tenuta Santo Pietro are warm and generous. They recently completed a substantial restoration of the property to maintain the integrity of its historic thirteenth century structure. Its architecture is marked by graceful archways and enduring stone walls, while the mellowed terra cotta tiles and warm wood beams, even the fireplaces, all have been salvaged from the ruins of old properties.

This luxurious spring retreat makes for a perfect combination of yoga, meditation, getting pampered, indulging in gourmet Tuscan cuisine, and seeking adventure. There will be daily yoga and meditation sessions crafted on the basis of loving kindness, in which you are insisted on good form and posture. You will also immerse in an authentic Tuscan cuisine journey with sumptuous meals, a cooking class, a trip to a local cheese farm, and various chances for wine tasting and truffle hunting.

The aim of this retreat is that guests will surrender to a much needed respite from the daily grind, embrace radical rest, self care, self discovery, be lovingly cared for with ancient healing practices, truly dwell in the moment, and enveloped in the loving arms of one of the most sacred and heartfelt places on earth.

This retreat experience will be unlike any other experience you will have traveling in Tuscany. Jane Reeves Yoga has been fortunate to create an insiders' custom experience that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and cared for from the inside out. Jane's friendships, connections, and love for Italy has made it possible for her to create these extraordinary gatherings.

Jane Reeves
Jane Reeves has been guiding people toward wellness for over 20 years through yoga, retreating, and life coaching. She has led over 50 retreats, nationally and internationally. Her retreats have expanded to multiple yearly retreats in Italy. Her passion for leading retreats arises out of her own love for traveling, culture, food, yoga, wisdom living, and encouraging people to live from their truest desires. She has been traveling the world since she was 17. Italy feels like home to her. She has been told she was a nun in Italy for many lifetimes.

This retreat will take place in Santo Pietro, Tuscany, Italy. Santo Pietro is an agriturismo, and they take to heart the connection between what they grow and produce from their land, and what they serve in their exceptional restaurants. All of their dishes are prepared fresh daily from products that they grow or source locally from like-minded producers. They make all of their own bread and pasta and offer many gluten-free options for their guests. Their menu is ever changing and reflects what is in season and at its peak of freshness.

The retreat is ideally located for exploring the historic peaks and swells of the Val d’Orcia. Among the many pathways to explore include the lovely Tuscan towns of Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Montefollonico, San Quirico d’Orcia, Bagno Vignoni, and Radicofani, which are close by and steeped in history.
