Driven by an immense passion for their profession and culture, two of Italys finest chefs have created a gastronomic trail, investigating the charming Campania region and its amazing authentic dishes. Cooking and pastry courses are taught by chef Giuseppe Somma and the pastry chef Salvatore Vuolo. You will learn great lessons with the chef who works at Michelin-starred restaurant.
There are three farmhouses, one in the heart of Amalfi Coast (on Sorrento hill) and two between Amalfi Coast and Sorrento. The Amalfi Coast farmhouse situated on the Sorrento hill is just 10 minutes of Sorrento downtown and 20 minutes from Amalfi and Positano. The other two farmhouses are situated in a relaxing area between Amalfi Coast and Sorrento. Experience a wonderful sense of tranquility and a relaxing environment. The farmhouses have spectacular rooms with all the comforts for the people that would like extend their stay. Enjoy a beautiful panorama and breath-in the clean and fresh air of the Italian hills.
The course is a full immersion from appetizer to the desert. Courses commence at 09:30 and ends at approximately 14:00 or 15:00. You will be welcomed with a gourmet breakfast on the terrace of the farmhouse at 09:30, where you will discuss the menu and ingredients you will be working with. From here, you will pick ingredients from the organic garden and collect all of the fresh ingredients required for the day ahead. More importantly, you will also be made aware of how to exactly identify good product with optimal freshness.
Once you return to the farmhouse, you will begin cooking! You will be provided with professional methods and tricks of the trade. You will learn various authentic methods of cooking and discover how to enhance the Italian flavours. Finally, after you apply all your new found techniques, you will get to enjoy your creation and like all good chefs, critique and discuss the meal. Meals can be served inside or outside, weather permitting.

From Naples train station, take the Circumvesuviana towards Sorrento. Get off at Piano di Sorrento. From here, you can call Italian Chef Consulting or take the bus from Piazza Cota which will allow you to reach the nearest bus stop to the farmhouse.
The nearest airport to the location is Naples International Airport (NAP).
