Cuisine & Culture opens the door to the secrets of gastronomy for you, through the passion of our Grand chefs and experts. Much more than an initiation, you will receive high-level training combining culinary demonstrations and practical applications during this six-week intensive program in small groups of 8 to 10 participants to ensure the highest quality of interaction.

Cuisine & Culture allows you to interact with participants coming from around the world. Beyond this personal enrichment, this program is highlighted by cultural visits and meetings with professionals from our region. We will take you on a discovery of the riches of our gastronomic heritage. For example, you may meet with wine producers, chocolate makers, cheese makers, or discover the "temple" of gastronomy from Lyon: the Halles Paul Bocuse, which today bring together more than 50 artisans from the food service trades.
