A selection of single bedroom accommodations are located in the Main Inn. All of these guest rooms are air conditioned and offer a full complement of amenities including plush bathrobes, luxurious bedding, iPod docking stations and luxurious bath products. Select Garden Suite and Spa Suite accommodations are pet friendly.
Traditional guest rooms are a single room accommodation offering a king sized bed, romantic gas burning fireplace, a coffee maker, mini-refrigerator and a large flat-screen TV. The oversized bathrooms offer a large glass walk-in shower. There are no tubs in the traditional guest rooms. Many traditional rooms offer ocean views. Pets cannot be accommodated in traditional guest rooms.
Garden suites are located on the ground level and offer a king bedrooms with separate living room space. Most garden suites offer an ocean view. The living room space features hardwood floors, an executive desk, full sized pull-out sleep sofa and a mini-refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave.
The living room space walks directly out to the property grounds and offers a small porch with seating for two. Garden suite bathrooms are oversized and offer a soaking tub and glass walk-in shower. Bedrooms are king-bedded and offer a large-screen television, iPod docking station, a large closet, and dresser.
Spa suites are two-level accommodations featuring either a king-sized bed or two double beds on the upper level. The first floor of the guestroom offers a wet bar kitchenette including a mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, glassware and dishes. The kitchenette opens into a large living space with a full size pull-out sleep sofa and executive desk.
A balcony opening from the living space features ocean views and seating for two. On the second floor of the Spa suite is a lofted bedroom and oversized bathroom. The bathroom offers an air jet tub, a glass walk-in shower and a heated floor.
The beach suite guest rooms offer stunning water views, outdoor patios and decks, large living spaces with hardwood floors and gas burning fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens, king sized bedrooms and oversized baths with dual vanities, soaking tubs and showers. All beach suite accommodations are fully air conditioned. Select one bedroom beach suite accommodations are pet friendly.
One bedroom beach suites offer 700 square feet of luxury space overlooking the Wildlife Habitat and Crescent Beach. Porches or balconies feature comfortable soft seating and open into oversized living spaces with a full sleep sofa, dining table for six, gas burning fireplace and flat screen television.
An equipped kitchen offers a two burner range, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and full complement of dishware and cooking items. The bedroom features a king size bed, soft seating and flat screen television. An oversized bathroom offers dual vanities, soaking tub and walk-in shower.
You will spend two nights in luxury at Maine's premier beach destination Inn by the Sea, where you will be welcomed with beer bites and a fine selection of Maine beer. In the evening, you will enjoy Chef Sicinski's three course beer tasting menu, with Maine fare that plays off the pairings beer notes of locally crafted brews.
The next day, you will join the Portland Brew Bus, which will "drive you to drink locally" for lunch and a guided behind the scenes look at several of Maine's craft breweries. Upon returning to the inn, you will be expected for a special Ale and Exhale 45 minute SPA service for two, which includes a ground hop scrub and barley massages with hops’ essential oils, along with a spicy citrus and pine forest flavor profile.

Serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch, Sea Glass Restaurant is open year-round and welcomes both hotel and public guests to enjoy waterfront dining. Larger parties are invited to reserve the Cove Room, our Private Dining Room for parties of nine to twenty. The Cove Room offers a seasonally changing Chef's Tasting Menu.
