Cooking classes during this cooking vacation, designed by Silvia Baracchi, a Michelin Star chef and owner of The Relais Il Falconiere and Spa, celebrate traditional Tuscan recipes. Learn how to cook authentic Tuscan cuisine in focused, spirited classes in the residential style kitchen, using local ingredients personally selected by the chef under healthy, ethic, and protection of the land criteria. After your cooking classes, enjoy a seated, served dinner in the charming dining room, in which you will savor the food you have prepared. When you walk through the front door of the kitchen, you are walking into a house.
