The yoga and culinary vacation is ideal for families or groups of friends who wish to pursue their yoga activities in an ideal setting. The retreat takes place in a country and relaxing location, close to Rome. During the retreat, you will learn how to cook Italian dishes, have daily sessions of yoga, and many excursions to nearby beautiful locations. You will get the chance to walk or bike through forests and parks, by lakes, rivers, and waterfalls.

The country house has large open spaces, a private pool, parking, a park full of olive trees, fruit trees, and a vegetable garden with a magnificent view of the hills of Lake Bracciano.
The house is built on two levels with six bedrooms, three bathrooms, one large well-equipped kitchen, double dining with tables and sofàs, and a panoramic terrace overlooking the pool area and the Bracciano hills.
The rooms are warm and pleasant during winter and fresh during summer. Heating, fans, mosquito nets, and linen are provided. The large spaces are furnished in a country and comfortable style.
Guests will enjoy well furnished outdoor spaces as well, like the gazebo area, tables and chairs, sunbeds, beach umbrellas, barbecue area, and wood oven.
Situated two kilometers from the Manziana center and approximately halfway between Rome and Viterbo, the country house is in a hilly, wooded agricultural area. It borders the local National Park of Bracciano, which takes its name from the two volcanic lakes, one vast and one small. Both are ideal for swimming and water sports.
The formerly volcanic landscape surrounding is rich in outstanding Etruscan and Roman archeological sites, thermal waters, rivers, ravines, waterfalls, lakes, and forests. Locations that are particularly famous for their natural beauty are Bracciano lake, Bracciano center and its castle, the waterfalls of Parco della Mola near Oriolo, Manziana wood, Santa Severa beach and its medieval castle, the Etruscan tombs in Cerveteri and Tarquinia.
Homemade breakfast and dinner will be served during this retreat. Moreover, you will be cooking your own dinner, while learning new techniques and recipes at the same time.
You will learn how to make handmade Italian pasta, tagliatelle, ravioli, pizza, fried vegetables, mixed crostini, apple cake, and wine donuts.
At lunch, you will have free use of the kitchen.
You will enjoy one trip to the thermal baths of Stigliano.
