During this vacation, you will enjoy an all-inclusive stay in the authentic Italy, surrounded by good taste and familiar atmosphere. A luxury accommodation consisting of a historical 18th century building, ideally based in the heart of a pleasant medieval village of the Roman countryside, halfway between Rome and Naples. As I Cook in Italy is in a totally-renewed historical building, rooms are slightly different from each other. Every room has its own personality and a different design touch in the furniture. Their dimensions vary from 18 to 25 square meters (195 to 270 sq. feet). Rooms are available with double or twin beds. An extra bed can be arranged in some rooms on request.
Rooms are located on first and second floor, all areas of the building are accessible by elevators. All the rooms have a private bathroom and the following amenities: mountains and valley view (except one with town center view), air conditioning/heating with adjustable temperature, flat-screen smart TV with local channels and internet access, free unlimited Wi-Fi, wardrobe or closet, clothes rack, marble or parquet floor, shower or bathtub, hairdryer, bidet, free toiletries and towels. “Mocevò” room has a Jacuzzi tub inside, next to the main bathroom. “Lauterie” room is situated in a quiet area of the building and has a private large bathroom next to the room door. The historical area known as The Ciociaria (pronounced: cho-cha-ree-a) is a geographic bridge between Rome and Naples. Its name originates from the word “ciocie”, ancient and typical footwear once worn by local shepherds. The history and spirit of The Ciociaria have been forged through its intimate connection with the landscape, from the pre-Roman era with its ancient acropolises surrounded by megalithic walls, to the era of Imperial Rome and the emergence of many prosperous towns along the Via Latina.
The Ciociaria that we see today, however, was formed during the first centuries of the Middle Ages, through the civilizing work of the Benedictine Abbeys and the splendor of the Papal City. The Ciociaria is a land to discover and know through a journey into the past through history, myth, and legend following the steps of Ernici, Cicero, St. Thomas and St. Benedict.

During a meal all your senses are involved: the eyes see colors and composition, the ears listen to the sound of cooking, the nose smells scents and flavors, then touch and imagination mix them well together to start an extraordinary culinary experience! And if that was not enough you will enjoy self-produced natural bottled wines (1 bottle maximum per person per day), water and espresso coffee included during your Italian dinners.
