This was not quite what I expected having just come from a full on cooking course in France. Dario and his father Marco were charming and obliging and despite minor language barriers everything was well done.
Basically the day consisted of a day in the countryside with some great visits and a two hour cooking class at the end of the day with Paola who used to tun her own restaurant
The cooking was hands on but straightforward.
I didn’t like the house wine so a much better one was provided in our travels and this was typical of Dario’s concern that we should be looked after.
A fun few days and can recommend it.

We liked the balance of activities and cookery lessons. We enjoyed all of the excursions and Dario was an excellent guide and translator. He was very attentive and fun to be with.
