We liked the balance of activities and cookery lessons. We enjoyed all of the excursions and Dario was an excellent guide and translator. He was very attentive and fun to be with.

The room we stayed in in the Palazzo was not big enough and did not have the right facilities for two people.

If I were to recommend to a friend this course, I definitely would. I was very good because I made friends with the teachers and other students. It is a course where you learn a lot about Italian cuisine and its tradition, but it is also practical!

In this week learning I discovered a lot about Italian cuisine. First of all that is not only good, but also very healthy. Also I could cook my first lasagna, a delicious dish that made me very proud!

What I liked most about this course is undoubtedly the fact that we created so many friendships and we had a nice week all together! I'm also satisfied by the learning , that in companies is always more pleasant!

I was in this beautiful experience for a week to discover the Italian flavors. They teach spectacular high-level cooking techniques, of which I had never heard. The great chef Paola delighted us with information of culinary culture and more!

In this week of Italian cooking class I and my friend, we learned a lot. We spent two weeks in Italy, a section dedicated to holidays and other more focused on learning the secrets of Italian cuisine. The recipes are explained carefully and you will learn many interesting details of the Italian culinary culture.

Speaking well about this vacation is so easy for me. The building is very historical and it belonged to a noble family. The rooms are very nicely furnished, the common areas are very relaxing and modern, and the cellar is well supplied with only natural and organic wines. I loved going to the farmers market place, wine cellars, olive oil mills and visiting monuments. The cooking lessons were very fun and the recipes are delicious. The staff speaks perfect English (not too easy to find this in Italy). I found everything that is promised in the offer. What they don’t tell you is that the people are very warm-hearted, kind and passionate, and especially the “I cook in Italy” staff which put together an unforgettable Italian experience. Marvelous!

We had seven days of cooking lessons with I Cook In Italy in Arce as part of our 3 week trip through Italy. From the very first minute we were both made to feel right at home. Chef Paola is a wonderful cook and she patiently took us through each recipe and explained the important cultural and technical aspects of each dish. Every day was a new adventure. Many new experiences, new flavors, I think this was well worth the price. The area is wonderful. We visited Anagni, Cassino, the Casamari Gothic Abbey and we had a delightful dinner on the seaside. Everything was great. A definite experience to remember.

We learned so much during this week! The Chef Paola really loves to teach so it was so much fun. The palazzo where we stayed was charming, the Roman countryside is amazing. We stopped at Palazzo Tronconi on our way south from Fiumicino airport but wish we had stayed longer. We will revisit this place. Marco and staff and friends were very welcoming. Palazzo Tronconi produces excellent wine which we were very delighted to sample.

A gorgeous view on the valley, a typical small center very close to the structure. The staff is very friendly and the top is logically the typical food and their wine production as well. You should try it!
