Meeting at the hotel, and then transfer to a Laotian family restaurant at 8:00 a.m. to 10:10 a.m. to focus on cooking Laotian cuisine. Afterwards, you will visit Buddha Park (Wat Xiengkhouam), Thatluang Pagoda, Patuxai Victory Gate, Hophra Keo Emerald Buddha museum, Wat Sisaket, and spend the evening at Mekong's sunset night market.
You will start your journey from Vientiane to Vangvieng. You will spend five hours to Vangvieng and explore Vangvieng's natural views; Namsong River, Bamboo Bridge, Tham Cham, and Blue Lagoon.
You will have a Vangvieng full day activity; visit to Tham Nam (water cave) and kayaking down Nam Song to Vangvieng.
You will start your journey from Vangvieng to Phonesavanh. You will spend seven hours driving to Plain of Jars with several stops to visit a few village and sightseeing, such as Buddha Cave, Hospital Cave, and MAG Center.
Plain of Jars full day tour. You will visit Plain of Jars site 1, 2, and 3 before going to Ban Naphia, a spoon making village, and Laos' whisky village, Khoun District, the old capital of Xiengkhouang.
You will start your journey from Phonesavanh to Luang Prabang. You will spend eight hours driving to Luang Prabang, visit the Tad Sae Waterfall, Phousi Mountain sunset, and Luang Prabang's night market.
After breakfast, you will be getting on a slow boat upstream to Pak Ou Cave. After the cave visit, you will visit Wat Xieng Thong, a Royal Palace museum, before one hour driving to Kuang Si Waterfalls (32 kilometers southwest of the city). Along the way, you will drive through beautiful landscapes of rice fields, hills, and small villages. There are also viewpoints overlooking the Mekong River.
