Lefteris has shared most of his life between the natural and urban environment and so he has developed a deep appreciation on the benefits and hardships of agricultural life. In his early years assisted his father’s attempt to revive the family’s agricultural heritage, participating in olive harvestin and wine production, as well as wild mushroom and herb collection. He is eager to share these experiences with people from all over world that share the same need for a more natural lifestyle.
Frini grew up in a family where everybody cooks. Her first teacher was her grandmother, who immigrated to Crete form Asia Minor and carried along a significant gastronomic heritage. She taught her how to make multiple traditional dishes and filled her memories with flavors, tastes, and skills. As she grew up, he realized that most people eat to live but there are some who live to eat. Happily, she belonged to the second group. Frini studied in Cyprus the Art and Science of culinary preparation and has worked as a gastronomy consultant and instructor of the Greek and Cretan cuisine ever since.

Following her studies in management and communications and after working in related fields for over ten years, Marilou decided to search for a more fulfilling and creative way of life. She founded LU Creative Studio, an artistic multiplex where creative seminars, retreats, and special events are organized. This quest for creativity also lead her to the path of yoga. She enjoys teaching small groups, especially close to nature. She finds that it is easier for students to understand their inner potential through the practice, away from the noise and distractions of city life.
Zeta has traveled extensively and has lived for many years in Nepal. She is Greek, originally from Athens but living in Crete for the past 15 years. She has always been cooking and is an excellent cook - obviously! She speaks English and fluent German.
Nico Manessisa is a wine writer specializing in Greek wines. Nico will be traveling with you to the selected wineries and will be sharing his wine knowledge during the wine seminars. For the past 18 years, Nico has specialized as a commentator on Greek wine. Nico gets much pleasure from reading non-wine books. He loves ethnic music and jazz, and enjoys cooking and traveling.
