Jane started her cooking with Cordon Bleu then moved to Bermuda and soon found her skills taking her across the oceans from sleek racing yachts, through magnificent sailing yachts to the top end super motor yachts, as befitted the advancing skills and gastronomic experience, as her cooking became more adventurous and accomplished. Ever passionate about skiing, the alpine lodges and ski chalets also served as a useful practical playground!

Jane was informative but relaxed in her approach to instruction on French cuisine. I particularly enjoyed her cooking hints. The accommodation far exceeded our expectations as did the butler service performed by janes partner Stephan. The pool, location and views are all memorable
