My husband, two daughters and I spent a gorgeous afternoon and evening at Annalisa's country kitchen. We learnt some fabulous recipes, saw the ingredients being picked in the garden! We were entertained and Informed. It was a fabulous experience and one of my favourite things from my holiday! I recommend it very highly!!

It was a pleasure for us to spend the afternoon together with annalena and her beautiful family. everything was very relaxed and she gave us the feeling to really dig inside the core of Sicily and learn the culture through the typical Sicilian cuisine. annalena gave us many good tipps to make a good pizza back home as well and we felt warmly welcomed from the first minute!

Annalisa is simply amazing. Her knowledge and talent is matched by her warmth and charm. I highly recommend her cooking class, it was a highlight of my trip to Sicily!
