You will be spending two nights at the sophisticated Brooks Hotel, in the heart of Dublin's shopping district.


Day 1 - Arrival

  • Arrive at the sophisticated luxury of Brooks Hotel in the heart of Dublin's shopping district.
  • Explore a little bit of Dublin before dinner with a stroll through St. Stephen’s Green and down Grafton Street, Dublin's premier shopping street, where buskers and performers entertain the lively crowds.
  • Return to your room to prepare for your evening dining experience at the 5-star Saddle Room Restaurant in the Shelbourne Hotel.
  • There, you will enjoy an exquisite 7-course tasting and wine pairing menu that will truly envelope the senses.

Day 2 - Whiskey tasting

  • After another extravagant breakfast, it’s time to further explore the surrounding streets packed with great shopping boutiques and buzzing with on street musicians and buskers.
  • Enjoy a personal whiskey tasting, before returning to Brooks to don your glad rags, because tonight you dine in ultimate luxury.
  • Take a taxi to a Michelin-starred restaurant for a gourmet pre-theater dinner.
  • Marvel at food that could quite easily pass as art, if it did not taste so beautiful.
  • Savor each bite, before heading to the theater for that evenings' performance.
  • Please note that the show starts at 19:30 at The Bord Gais Theatre, at Grand Canal Square.
  • Return to Brooks for one last luxurious sleep.

Day 3 - Departure

  • Indulge in one last Brooks' breakfast, before packing your bags, with memories of your gourmet culinary experience in Dublin.
  • Why not pop into Trinity College to see the Book of Kells before you go or take one last lingering stroll down Temple Bar.
