Vegan Italian Pasta Online Cooking Course from Scratch
In this online cooking course, Stefania from Gioia di Vivere will invite you to the world of wonders, of healthy vegan Italian pasta cooking, right from the comfort of your own kitchen. These classes are a unique opportunity for you to learn how to cook completely vegan pasta, while still discovering the same strong flavors of traditional cuisine. During these hands-on classes, you will learn the secrets of Italian pasta and understand how food significantly affects your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Classes will be held at 11 a.m. or 6 p.m. Italian time.
Day 1: Tagliatelle, ragu, and parmigiano powder (2 hours long)
Learn how to make vegan tagliatelle from scratch and traditional Tuscan ragù. Plus, you will make parmigiano powder together that is a must on top of any traditional Italian fresh pasta.
Day 2: Ravioli, Tuscan, and "messy" sauce (2 hours long)
Learn how to make perfect vegan ravioli from scratch and a traditional stuffing. Plus, you will make a traditional "messy" sauce to go on top of any traditional Italian fresh pasta.
Chef Bio Veg and teacher at the Gioia di Vivere Cooking School since 2009, Stefania has followed the parents' passion for natural therapies, and healthy, organic, curative, and preventive cooking. Graduated in all the study courses proposed by the association, she gives her love for cooking for many years and celebrates the pleasure of healthy eating by proposing herself as a vegan organic cook, giving support to the realization of meals and buffets for individuals or companies. She has already gained a good experience in food catering for ceremonies and weddings completely cruelty-free.
This cooking course is conducted online. Stefania from Gioia di Vivere is based in Lucca, Italy, and she will live-stream the classes via Skype, Google Meet, Facebook Messenger, or Whattsap based on CET (GMT +1) and CEST (GMT +2) for session/s after March 28, 2021. You can participate from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.
