Course information

Day 1: Tagliatelle, ragu, and parmigiano powder (2 hours long)

Learn how to make vegan tagliatelle from scratch and traditional Tuscan ragù. Plus, you will make parmigiano powder together that is a must on top of any traditional Italian fresh pasta.

Day 2: Ravioli, Tuscan, and "messy" sauce (2 hours long)

Learn how to make perfect vegan ravioli from scratch and a traditional stuffing. Plus, you will make a traditional "messy" sauce to go on top of any traditional Italian fresh pasta.
