"I had a lovely time cooking with Marina and Stefania. They set up a cooking schedule with recipes that really matched with my wishes. Mother and daughter form a perfect combination in the kitchen: a good 'equilibrium' (which is also very important in the dishes that you prepare, so I learned). I really liked the fact that the cooking classes did not only evolve around the taste of the dishes: I also got to take home some interesting learnings with regard to macrobiotics and the effect of food on your health. Dear Stefania and Marina, thanks again for the great week! I'm already missing the great atmosphere in your lovely kitchen and of course the food! I hope to come back in the future to further develop my cooking skills. Love, Fleur"

"We love this vegan cooking class! Stefania compiled a repertoire of recipes which were perfect, healthy, and well-balanced meals that are quite easy to prepare and most importantly absolutely delicious. The ingredients from the garden associations were incredible. The company has been delicious and the course was so much fun. Thanks for your patience with us, Stefania, and a really fun week !! I still cook wonderful meals at home all the time!A warm and informal, immersed in nature retreat, where you can learn the techniques and secrets of vegan and vegetarian. The cooking classes Joy of Living are unique for their simplicity. Its been a pleasure to follow the vegan cooking classes, where I could interact with the teacher Marina, of forty years experience in the field of natural. This place really exudes the joy of living and I realized the importance of organic products and healthy. Ill go back for another wonderful dining experience."My husband Joe and I had the most delicious home cooked 5 course vegan meal with the warmest, friendliest family in an idyllic setting. We look back at it as the highlight of our Tuscany trip. We hope to go back to Gioia di Vivere residential cooking school in Italy for an extended stay."
