Chef Bio Veg and teacher at the Gioia di Vivere Cooking School since 2009, Stefania has followed the parents' passion for natural therapies, and healthy, organic, curative, and preventive cooking. Graduated in all the study courses proposed by the association, she gives her love for cooking for many years and celebrates the pleasure of healthy eating by proposing herself as a vegan organic cook, giving support to the realization of meals and buffets for individuals or companies. She has already gained a good experience in food catering for ceremonies and weddings completely cruelty-free.
I had a lovely time cooking with Marina and Stefania. They set up a cooking schedule with recipes that really matched with my wishes. Mother and daughter form a perfect combination in the kitchen: a good 'equilibrium' (which is also very important in the dishes that you prepare, so I learned). I really liked the fact that the cooking classes did not only evolve around the taste of the dishes: I also got to take home some interesting learnings with regard to macrobiotics and the effect of food on your health. Dear Stefania and Marina, thanks again for the great week! I'm already missing the great atmosphere in your lovely kitchen and of course the food!
